Glass Packaging Institute

From OnTrackNorthAmerica

Context

  • On May 2, 2024, Scott DeFife, President of the Glass Packaging Institute (GPI) contacted OnTrackNorthAmerica for help establishing strategically placed clean glass aggregation hubs around the country, in certain places where there is a lot of glass, but not a lot of end-market.

There is no need for a typical rambling get-to-know-each-other conversation. I can propose a productive way to proceed based on an initial budget of $3,000. This will fund a review of your fundamental project and organizational material, during which I will prepare a specific, unusually useful dialogue agenda that enables us to begin laying out a game plan in our first conversation. We keep a written record of the entire conversation as the beginning of our collaborative thinking, and we’ll be off and running. We will have a second conversation to revisit our initial thinking and plan the next steps. I’ll facilitate the whole process.
If you would like to proceed, we will prepare an engagement letter reflecting the terms above and schedule the initial conversation. It would be good to have all decision-makers on your team participate.
