• How to solve a big problem:
  • I have a outcome vision
  • I need to find the community who are stakeholders of my vision, not believers in it, but part of the community around my vision
  • Ask them to identify their problems and solutions to their problems, note not my problems and solutions
  • Figure out where my vision helps them resolve their problem
  • Find out where their solutions fit with my solutions
    • Standard protocols?
    • Shared databases?
    • Better data visualization?
  • repeat the process
