Michael Sussman is Founder and Chairman/CEO of Strategic Rail Finance.Over 25 years he has overseen the financing of rail-related projects in 45 states and forged the firm’s core competence in capitalizing rail infrastructure through private- and public-sector funding.In 2007, Michael founded OnTrackAmerica, a 501c3 transportation policy development organization, dedicated to improving the continent’s freight transportation system through public- and private-sector collaboration and cooperation.

Jeff Lohrmann is an expert in early stage cross sector market development. He has helped open markets for the early public Internet, the use of the Internet in government services and the adoption of mobile technology in vertical markets. He was founding head of sales for one of the first five PC based accounting systems. He is currently the founder of POME, a startup focused on rapid innovation in critical civil infrastructure such as rail, agriculture nutrient management, and micro-grid energy

Arthur Menko, the founder of Telcodata and Business Planning, Inc., has been providing telecom and broadband research and consulting services since 1984. He has extensive industry background in the economic, regulatory, infrastructure, reliability and competitive market research areas. In recent years he has concentrated in fixed broadband deployment and adoption analytics and policy research matters.

Levi Daniels is the IT Specialist and Head Software Engineer of their Mediawiki project. Coming from an extensive programming background he seeks to help OnTrackNorthAmerica develop a new use of the internet.
